Director of Employee and Labor Relations

Keolis is seeking a dynamic Director of Employee and Labor Relations with demonstrated strengths in employee/labor relations, compensation, developing recruitment/retention strategy, and benefit administration.

Reporting to our Vice President Human Resources and working closely with business leaders, the Director, Human Resources, will play a key role as a strategic business partner The successful candidate will make a vital contribution to the growth strategies and organization capabilities of these businesses.

In addition to partnering with leadership across the business units, the Director, Human Resources will serve as a key strategic partner to the Vice President, Human Resources on key business initiatives in helping develop group-wide strategies that focus on driving great efficiencies across the business at an appropriate cost.

REQUIREMENTS

•A bachelor's degree and five (5) years' Human Resources experience, OR
•A Master's degree in Human Resources Management and four (4) years' experience in the HR field,
•Demonstrated extensive experience in Labor Relations in a union environment
•Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office
•Demonstrated Employee Relations skills
PREFERRED SKILLS

•Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
•Prior experience in Transit industry a plus
•Experience with ADP Payroll/HR system
•Experience in recruiting and managing an ATS
