The WDPR Management Science & Integration (MSI) consulting team is responsible for supporting clients across The Walt Disney Company including Parks and Resorts, Media Networks (ABC and ESPN), and Studio Entertainment. MSI leverages technology, data analytics, optimization, statistical and econometric modeling to explore opportunities, shape business decisions and drive business value. MSI seeks forward-thinking team members who are passionate about delivering quality results and enjoy working closely with business partners on both strategic and tactical challenges. As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large data sets, building appropriate models and developing client communication on key findings. The candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be results oriented, be able to multi-task and be a team player in a collaborative environment. Strength in Excel is a must with SAS as a strong preference.

3-7 years of experience
Proficiency acquiring, organizing, cleansing and manipulating large amounts of data
Demonstrated experience performing exploratory and quantitative analytics
Experience translating complex problems and solutions to all levels of an organization
Ability to organize work and thrive in an operational and ad-hoc analysis role
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to rapidly changing business environment
Strong written, oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and remain in sync with team plan
2+ years experience and proficiency in SAS (or equivalent programming language)
2+ years experience and proficiency in SQL
Experience with Marketing and/or Marketing analytics
Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)

Bachelors Degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics
